
How are you doing? Did you have a good New Year’s Day?
New Year’s Eve was pretty awesome for us. We hung out with our friends and played games. We did have plans to watch a musical but that fell through because the game went on for so long (Darn YOU Phase 10!). Of course there was alcohol and really good food. Actually we plan on posting some of the recipes that we found and letting you be the judge of them. So tell us if you like them or if you want to eat something else. You can always leave us a comment or send us a message and we’ll put our noggins together and come up with a witty reply.
So what are your goals for this year?
Lose weight? Live a healthier life? Exercise more?
All of your goals are possible but the key will be how consistent you are. In the new year learn how to be patient with yourself. This can help you be more forgiving and understand of yourself and others when you mess up. If you plan on losing weight this year then take it slow so that you can maintain your weight lost.
Treat yourself kindly this year and we will be there to cheer you on.
