Day 7: 30 Days of Yoga With Down Dog

Today, I have reached a new plane of reality.

Lol, that was a bad joke. I am starting to gain muscle and may I just say that it is refreshing.

I was in a lot of pain today, so I took the easy route and did a stretching and meditation. 15 minutes of meditation and slow stretching has helped me out so much in the past few days. I feel as though my writing may have progressed a bit and I am happy for the improvement.

I am now looking forward to see the other changes and what my body will look like if I keep this up. I really want for my writing to improve so that’s what I am hoping for at the end of this journey.
