Day 6: 30 Days of Yoga With Down Dog

Lizard Pose

The lizard pose strikes again! This time I was ready to stretch my nether regions. My hips took the burn of the stretch and afterward I did have to rest them for a bit but it was better than before.

Today was an 18-minute practice and it had a lot of stretching and breathing. I am beginning to understand why my breath is so important. There were many moments when my breath helped me push through.

I have started to notice positive changes in my body other than my increased flexibility. I hope this is the part where I can take it off easy mode and strive for greatness! Headstand, here I come!
