Day 4: 30 Days of Yoga With Down Dog

Wow! I actually made it to day four. This is amazing. My writing has not improved so far but I did put out a poem today that I thought was okay.

I have really loved the meditation at the end of the session. I think I can stretch a little better today.

I had a 10-minute session focused on restorative yoga. I can’t believe how much I love the feel of the deep breaths and the long stretches. Thank you Down Dog!

I was in a lot of pain so I had a really short session but I loved the overall feeling of gratitude I felt after I got up off the mat. This has been a pretty short update and I am sorry that it’s so late. I just got distracted for a few hours on twitter.
