Day 3: 30 Days of Yoga with Down Dog

They say the hardest part of a journey is the third day because you’re probably thinking by now I don’t want to do this it’s kind of boring and I would rather lay down and not do any exercise at all. So on day 3, I did a 6-minute combination of yoga and a meditation session, where I slowly stretched, breathe in and breathe out, listening to the voices that call me. I felt a lot more relaxed after doing this.

I wanted to really break down today, I was feeling really really stressed today because I had a lot of stuff to do and didn’t get much done. I was not feeling good physically or emotionally. After taking a few minutes to just breathe, I feel better and I want to actually recommend to anybody that’s having a tough day to just breathe, it will help you feel better. I also recommend you taking time out to do some self-care because if you keep going you will get burn out and I want the best for you guys.
