Thank you so much for tuning in for another week of me talking and feeling awkward. This episode was about the Grit Journey I was previously talking about. I will put up the full post on it on Saturday,

I want you to take a moment and think about what you want to change about yourself. If you have a few of them, then I expect you back this Saturday to go on a journey of change with me.

Here is a sneak peek of what apart of the post will be about.


  • Explain how to be consistent
  • Start small
  • Make a schedule
  • Keep going


  • If you want to change you will have to work for it
  • Plan ahead
  • Be positive
  • Be kind to yourself


  • Discipline yourself to stick to your plans
  • Meditate and practice mindfulness
  • Track your efforts (Calendar, Blog, App tracker)
  • Give yourself the option of a goal or reward
