Did you get the reference? Please tell me I am not the only one that likes to watch the Sound of Music. I just need some validation guys, I’m not asking for much.
It’s okay. I can validate myself. I and all my imaginary friends are happy.
We are so happy in fact we want to tell you more about our favorite teas.
Now if you don’t know, tea actually cures everything (It’s a tea joke, we know that it can’t cure everything and that’s fine.)
Fever Grass Tea (Lemon Grass)
Fever Grass is a well-known bush in Jamaica that we often use for making tea.

To brew add a bundle of freshly picked Fever Grass (or Dried) to a pot of boiling hot water. Let the water boil for 5 minutes and then withdraw from heat. You can sweeten it with honey, sugar, or just drink it on its own.
Peach & Passion Fruit Tea

This has to be one of our favorite teas to drink. It is so fruity and has a nice tang to it. I like to add lemon and honey to mine. You can brew it according to the package.
Earl Grey

This beauty goes really well with milk and some cinnamon. I love drinking it on cold winter days and cuddling up with a book. You can get the full leaf version or the one that comes in a teabag.
Green Tea

It may be considered a bit simple for some but I do love an old fashion green tea from time to time. This is my go to when I have been working all day and just need a tea break.
Spiced Chai Tea

I can drink Spice Chai Tea all year and for a very good reason too- it’s delicious. I am also a huge fan of Spiced Chai Latte from Starbucks. I find the flavor refreshing but also spicy enough to give my tastebuds a little jolt every now and then.
I love drinking tea and I am happy to have brought you this small list of the wonderful selection available. You can try all of these or just let me know which ones you like best.
As always my friends, stay happy, stay healthy, and keep moving forward.
