I wanted to take a moment and check in with you. You see, you are important, maybe not in the world ending kind of way but in the daily interactions kind of way.
Take time to do some self-care and find peace. Life is already so stressful, so please remember to take care of yourself.
For those who are trying to lose weight, keep going hot shot! You can definitely do it. Remember that is healthy to lose 1 to 3 pounds a week. Anything higher than that puts a strain on your body. Never starve yourself to lose weight.
Your journey is important and you are the biggest part of it. Don’t stop believing in yourself. Yeah, you may get tired and frustrated, but there is always a solution. If you have hit a plateau, then try changing your diet and exercise regiment. To continually change your body, you must introduce it to different types of resistance.
I hope these little tips helped you to continue on your journey. Be encouraged rather than giving up. Keep fighting and moving forward towards your goals.
