A New Week Detox

So you have officially started your second week of the New Year! Welcome we are so happy to have you with us.

So let’s ask a few personal questions…

Did you stick to your resolutions so far? Or are you having trouble?

Fear not! That’s pretty normal. By February less than 50% of people will have stuck to their resolutions and that’s the hard truth but that’s why we’re here for.

We want to encourage you to keep going and know that there are others out there wanting to make some life changes too.

So let’s start small. Here’s a new detox which will not only help your skin but your gut will thank you.

This detox can replace one of your meals or just be that addition of fruits that you need in your diet.

Ingredients

1 cup of pineapple chunks

1/2 cup of carrots

1/2 cup of strawberries

1 tbsp of chopped ginger

1 cup of 100% apple juice

1 tbsp of lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a medium size blender pour in half of the apple juice and add the carrots.
  2. Blend together until smooth.
  3. Add the other ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour in your favorite cup and be on your way you wonderful person you!
