So Did You Detox?!?

Hello again! How are you doing today? So did you try our detox? If you did you should let us know. We are currently on day 7 of 28 day detox and Wow! Goodbye bloating and constipation! 

The concentrate was really strong for us so we drank one cup a day and plenty of water.  Since water helps with detoxing the goal is 75 fluid ounces of water per day. Do we actually meet it ? HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

Nope! And hey who meets all their goals anyway? Well there are a few gifted individuals out there. We are aiming for better and that’s why we want you to do better with us. The detox has some very obvious benefits but what if we kept doing it. If we keep going towards our goals, full speed ahead, will we not meet them? 

So try our detox or try another one. Let us know how you are hanging in there. We’re here for you. You don’t have to do this alone. 

If you can’t do our strong detox, then try a mini version with just ginger and lemons. 

Boil 1/4 cup of ginger in hot water. Serve with honey and a slice or two of lemon.
