Did you know salads are an important part of your diet?

Well… Now you do because we just told you so. Would you look at that! You are already learning with us. Salads can be defined in a lot of ways. There are pasta salads, egg salads, chicken salads, homemade salads, store bought salads and the list goes on. What we mean when we say salad is a moderate mixture of fresh vegetables. Doesn’t that sound delicious?!?

The truth of the matter is that you should have a salad at least once a day. It’s good for your system … unless you are allergic to salads then please eat some bread… Unless you are allergic to that too.

Then you do you boo!

Getting back to the point here, salads (depending on the type) can really help your diet. We don’t mean diet as in Keto or Whole 30, we mean what you eat on a regular basis. The foods that stays with you no matter how old you are or where you travel to, that’s what we mean when we say diet.

So please take a moment to look through your pantry or fridge and look at what options you can use to make a salad. The more you do this, is the easier it will become.

Our habits define who we are, so why not take a few moments to define our habits. If we can change our habits then we can effectively change who we are.

Here’s our question: How do you define a salad?
