So you wanted to get in shape, huh? Well no matter what your reason, I am here for you. I want you to know that you are not alone, food is not enemy and neither is exercise. You can do this !
First we are going to work on your diet and then break down the best exercise for you.
When starting off, talk to your doctor and tell them what you want to do. This is a community effort. You are not on this weight loss journey alone, we are on a journey of exploration and change. Weight loss should not be seen as a really hard thing to do, no I am not saying that it isn’t hard to do. At times it can be near impossible, but with the right mindset and proper support we can definitely do it.
You are strong, a superhuman and capable of amazing things. I know it can be scary to try something new or even worse, trying to do something you have failed to do many times.
